Ingredients

½ cup Bored Cow Original

4 potatoes (approx. 1.5 pounds), peeled and quartered

1 tbsp vegan butter

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add in prepped potatoes and boil until tender, about 15-20 minutes

  2. Drain potatoes and transfer to a bowl. Use a potato masher or mixer to mash potatoes while still hot

  3. Add in Bored Cow, butter, salt, and pepper. Continue to mash with a masher, or spatula, until you reach desired consistency
