Ingredients

Sauce

¼ cup Bored Cow Vanilla (plus 1-2 tablespoons as needed to thin out sauce)

4 pitted medjool dates

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp vanilla

* Note: Make sure your dates are super soft! You may need to soak them in water beforehand if they aren’t soft enough.

Shake

2 cups Bored Cow Vanilla

Instructions

    1. Prep ahead by pouring ~1 cup of Bored Cow Vanilla into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.

    2. To make the sauce, add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed.

    3. Add more Bored Cow Original as needed, one tablespoon at a time, to help bring sauce together.

    4. Once sauce is ready, set aside.

    5. In a blender, combine frozen Bored Cow ice cubes (~1 ½ cups) with ⅓ cup of liquid Bored Cow Vanilla.

    6. Blend until desired consistency is reached, adding more frozen or liquid Bored Cow as needed.

    7. Add date caramel sauce, and enjoy!
