Ingredients

Cupcakes

1 cup Bored Cow Strawberry

1 ½ cups flour

¾ cups sugar

1 tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

⅓ cup oil

½ tbsp vinegar

Frosting

3 tbsp Bored Cow Strawberry

½ tbsp olive oil

½ cup melted chocolate chips

Decorative Frosting

1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, and stir until well combined.

  3. Add in Bored Cow Strawberry, oil, and vinegar, and stir until creamy.

  4. With the batter, fill the cupcake molds slightly above halfway full to the top.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  6. Once cooked, let cupcakes cool.

  7. Mix olive oil, and melted chocolate chips together to make a silky frosting.

  8. Frost cupcakes immediately.

  9. Optional: Mix together Bored Cow Strawberry and powdered sugar, add to a pastry bag, and decorate cupcakes.

Tip: If you don't have a pastry bag you can use a plastic bag, and cut a small slit in the corner of the bag.
