This Pumpkin Spice Mocha Latte by @dailykale is the ultimate Fall pick me up drink. Pumpkin puree, Bored Cow Chocolate and espresso blend together to make a vegan-friendly seasonal mocha. Plus, this recipe has a secret tip for getting a naturally bright (and festive) orange tint to your pumpkin spice milk.

Ingredients

Pumpkin spice milk:

2 cups Bored Cow Original

2 tbsp pumpkin (canned)

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp coconut sugar

1 tsp turmeric (for color,optional)

Pinch of cinnamon

1 tsp of pumpkin spice

¼ tsp vanilla extract

Ice

Mocha blend:

½ cup Bored Cow Chocolate

1-2 shots espresso

Instructions

  1. Blend all pumpkin spice milk ingredients together until combined and frothed.

  2. Set aside.

  3. In a glass with ice, add Bored Cow Chocolate and espresso to make a mocha.

  4. Top mocha with your frothed pumpkin spice milk, and enjoy!
